The primary role of CKS Group PLC is to control the health and growth of our member companies, and provide key services such as accountancy and marketing. It's also the central point for planning and group resource allocation, raising finance and liaising with investors and the media.

The origins of the group date back to 1997 when C K Stephens & Company was established as a consultancy service for corporate clients with two clear goals: to devise innovative solutions in electronics, and deliver them with an uncompromising passion for excellent service. Pursuant to this, C K Stephens & Company is an ISO:9001 and ISO:14001 registered company, and the entire CKS Group is an accredited Investor in People.

Our success is due to the ability of our people to identify an unusual or difficult requirement, understand it and devise a commercially viable solution. Since then, our ideas and ideals have led to the creation of the specialist companies which now comprise the CKS Group.
